Super Break to double London educationals

Super Break plans to bring over 400 agents to London in 2019, up from 200 in 2018, thanks to the success of last year’s programme, which saw double digits sales growth from most of the agents who attended.
Each trip this year will ensure agents get to see some key attractions, visit a couple of hotels, sample one of Super Break’s dining options, see a popular show and enjoy an overnight hotel stay.
Trips are planned for various agents including TUI and Thomas Cook plus various consortia and independents.
Gary Gillespie, Head of Trade Sales at Super Break comments: “The results of last year's London educationals programme speak for themselves. Product knowledge really is the key to growing sales. It gives agents the confidence to make recommendations to their customers and inspires them to become more proactive in generating business rather than waiting for it to walk through the door.”
Super Break is also looking to expand its educational programme into other areas of the UK, enabling the operator to showcase even more of what the country has to offer for domestic short breaks.
