JNTO adds training modules to e-learning

The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) has expanded its e-learning platform with the addition of a new training course.

The new intermediate course will expand agents’ destination knowledge on a variety of outdoor activities, gardens and modern art and cultural experiences.

Registrants who complete both the basic and intermediate training by December 1, 2020 will be automatically entered in a prize draw to win a portable aroma diffuser from MUJI. The five winning agents will receive the diffuser with a set of essential oil.

Yumi Takakubo, Head of Trade Partnership and Marketing at JNTO, said: "We welcome new registrants to the OTT Japan training, which is a perfect tool to understand what British people generally look for in Japan holidays. Combining knowledge from the basic course, we hope this e-learning course helps registrants arrange a fun-packed personalised holiday for their clients."

JNTO launched its first e-learning platform earlier this year with a level 1 basic course consisting of necessary Japan travel information for beginners.
