New trade portal from Regent Seven Seas

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has developed a new online training tool – RegenTrade – designed to be a one-stop-shop for agents.

RegenTrade consists of the Training Library and a Resource Centre which has resources on the ships and their onboard offerings.

The line has also launched Swot & Spend, an incentive offering a £50 Amazon e-Voucher to the first 100 travel professionals who complete all courses currently available on the Training Library before December 14 2018.

The new Training Library features a series of short and simple modules designed for agents looking to find out more or to brush up on the Regent Seven Seas Cruises product. Each features a short video and readable content followed by a few questions to test agents’ understanding.

The training modules are grouped into three sections: Regent Introduction, which is an overview of the fleet and the line’s unique selling points; Regent Expert, for agents wishing to gain a deeper product knowledge; and Regent Graduate, which goes into greater depth with commercial pointers and selling tips enabling agents to become a top Regent Seven Seas Cruises seller.

The Resource Centre brings together sales and marketing tools such as campaign toolkits, images and videos. Agents can also access deck plans, virtual tours of the fleet, their suites and public areas and sample menus from the onboard restaurants.

Marketing Central, which was launched earlier in 2018, is also accessible through the Resource Centre and provides customisable sales tools such as adverts, emails and social media content.

Agents can also get to know their Regent Seven Seas Cruises contacts in the Meet the Sales Team section, which has contact information and bios of each team member.
